Progress M.Sc. mission per June 2013

We have recieved the following report from Rune Ingels and the Reseach and Development team:

On June 14th the status of the M.Sc. revealed good progress in the fact finding mission. Measurements from the arc movement at different pressures and currents is now giving a good understanding and correlation with the model.  The spectroscopy is revealing its power in measuring the conditions in the plasma itself.  Some operating problems had not deterred the work and the team were optimistic about reaching the initial objectives of the M.Sc. task.
